Hello to all of you beautiful people, I am so delighted to have this opportunity to meet you and for some to meet you again, and explain how hypnotherapy can be an extremely powerful tool to help you manage anxiety and bring your love of self or self-love to a healthy level so you can be more confident in moving towards your goals.

The way we feel and see ourselves are of course intrinsically related and anxiety can easily push us to become very much self-critical and prevent us to move forward and to work on goals we want to achieve.

Most of us know how it feels to be stressed, worried or nervous about something. Usually, these feelings are fleeting and they disappear as quickly as they appear. For those with anxiety, however, these feelings last longer and can be much more intense.

If you have an anxiety disorder, you may find that you avoid certain situations because you’re worried it will trigger these feelings for you. This can make everyday tasks difficult and hold you back from doing the things you want.

There are several different techniques and tools that can help with anxiety, one of which is hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool for anxiety management and self-love boost improving self- esteem as it works directly with the subconscious mind - where the negative thoughts about ourselves and negative repeating patterns are stored.

I can't wait to share all this with you. We will end the talk with a short hypnosis/guided meditation session to help you reduce your worry about events.
