Lisa de Jong is a Menstruality Coach or “Period Coach.” She teaches and supports women to live in sync with the menstrual cycle for physical and emotional well-being using a mindfulness practice called Menstrual Cycle Awareness and creating personalised self-care plans to support their cycle.
Coming from years of debilitating period pain herself, she embarked on a journey of healing, and self-discovery through the changing hormonal energies of the menstrual cycle. She has trained in various disciplines to support this work.
Lisa works with clients in 1:1 coaching, group workshops, she gives talks in the workplace, at schools, universities and sports clubs.
