We started our business about 5 years ago in Fermoy. We make 100% vegan and gluten-free desserts, using mainly nuts, fruits, and veggies. At our weekly stall in Fermoy you can find delicious treats like Chickpea Squash & Orange Brownie, Chickpea Mocha Brownie, Cheeseless Lemon & Blueberry Cake, and Sticky Peanut Slice, to name but a few.
All of our desserts contribute to one of your five a day, so basically guilt free desserts with a healthy twist.
