Gravity Yoga is a 60min mat-based, targeted mobility training method that helps students with stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings.

Designed as a supplemental class to complement your weekly Yoga/CrossFit/Cardio/Run/Gym session. Gravity Yoga is a targeted mobility training that involves long-hold stretches. Poses are practiced completely relaxed & held under passive tension, so gravity does most of the work, hence the name. You will learn and practice the 3 principles of Gravity Yoga including a particular breathwork exercise that slows down your heart rate throughout the practice.

Lorraine runs weekly classes in various yoga styles along with regular retreat days which are held in the beautiful forest surroundings at Setu Yoga Space in Kilcornan Clairnbridge with the retreats combining all three aspects of the Ayurveda Health Care system - yoga, nutrition, and essential oils supporting the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of health.
