Tracey O'Connor

 

Tracey O'Connor (Eco-Germinate) has worked in diverse aspects of sustainable development and education and holds a BSc. in Agricultural and Environmental Science, MSc. in Environmental Sciences, and PhD. in Rural Development. Tracey co-founded Eco-Germinate to provide sustainability support for education providers, community organizations, farms, and other businesses, in multiple dimensions, e.g. agro-technology solutions, bespoke training for staff and students, and supporting project development and implementation.

Meditation plays an important role in Tracey's sustainability work, for developing clarity in communication and action, and a grounded approach to working with people and the planet for more harmonious coexistence. Tracey has trained in meditation with Rosaleen Fadden of the Tai Chi and Wellness Academy and practices an inter-faith approach, drawing on animism, Buddhism, and Christian traditions.
