Slow Vinyasa Flow - Svenja Vogt


In this class, we will focus on creating a deeper connection with your physical and emotional bodies. During a slow but strong flow class, we will approach each asana with curiosity and take time to connect with our bodies, which will open the opportunity to listen to what you need from this practice at this very moment. Variation for each pose will be given to make the practice accessible for beginners as well as experienced yogis alike. Above all, creating a supportive and safe space for everyone is what is most important for me, so that each student feels empowered to own their practice.
