In our “always on”, always connected, information-overloaded world, with so much to squeeze into our days, it’s often our sleep which suffers the most and gets put on the “dispensable” list. We burn the candle at both ends, stay up too late and struggle to rouse ourselves in the morning to face another day with a massive to-do list and endless demands on our time.

In this Sleep Optimisation workshop, Treasa will delve into why sleep is so important and valuable, learn how we can create better habits around our sleep and some of the unexpected foes preventing a great night of zzzs.
