1.   First thing in the morning pour 1 dessertspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar into a glass of warm water and drink.  (may use lemon juice instead)     Internal shower

2.  Put 1 dessertspoon of flaxseed in a little water for ten minutes and add to porridge or any cereal for breakfast.  May just drink it as it is. Omega energy drink, Protein, Fiber, metabolism of fat – colon health

3. Psyllium Husks: Take 1 teaspoon in a little water.  Drink one glass of water before taking it and 2 glasses afterwards.  take on an empty stomach. Helps eliminate the colon gently.

4.  Breathe – Air – Grow Plants such as Ferns, Wheatgrass etc to help the air in your house. Himalayan Salt Lamps. Walk in Nature.

5. Digestive Enzymes *Digestion is a major process of the body. *The digestive enzymes are no longer present in cooked food. *Living food has all the digestive enzymes intact Eat something Raw (apple etc) every day.

6. Immune System of the Mind *Positive Outlook *Everyone loves a challenge *Belief in Abundance *Forgiveness
