Simone Meschnig - Sound Healing practitioner & teacher, Yoga & Meditation teacher, Artist, Laughter Yoga leader.
Simone's passion is to work with the healing power of sound, either the sound of laughter or the sound of healing instruments including her voice.
Since 2014 she is bringing Laughter Yoga into corporates, health centres and schools or she is leading a session as part of a Hen Party.
Besides her Laughter Yoga sessions, she practises sound healing, offers sound baths and teaches Sound Healing courses for the Sound Healing Academy in Ireland.
Simone is based in Dublin.
