For more than half my life, I struggled with respiratory, immune & skin issues. I was always missing school and if there was something ‘going round’ it was me who’d catch it. And I didn’t grow out of it.
But finally, in my 20s I took back my power, started taking action & everything changed! Even better - now I can apply what I learnt to support my own family naturally & create a healthy, safe home.
