I'm a Bereavement Coach, bio energy healer and so much more.
So why I have moved into bereavement coaching? Well when someone asked me to write down all the things I was good at, I realised that one thing I’d experience a lot of what grief.
One way or another, I’ve spent the last decade grieving someone close to me. My baby was born an angel, then a couple of years later my sister unexpectedly passed away. Move on a few years more and my mum too passed away unexpectedly, and then after looking after him after mum passed away, my dad passed away last year. In between aunts and uncles and cousins passed away too. I know what it’s like to lose the people you care about most. I know what it's like to wonder if it's worth carrying on. But I also know, things get better.
I discovered a range of tools that helped me get through, become more resilient and be able to build a more purposeful life. I learnt how to meditate, to a journal, to focus on gratitude and to learn to forgive.
These tools have helped me enormously, and they can help you too. If you think that you need some support to help you move through your grief, then book a coffee with Karen. It can be in real life or virtually, depending on where you live.
Either way, we can get to know each other better, and I can work out a suitable programme of healing, coaching and care packages to help you get through so that you can remember the person you lost with a smile and enjoy the next part of your life’s journey without feeling guilty.
