Hello to all of you beautiful people, I am so delighted to have this opportunity to meet you and for some to meet you again, and explain what hypnotherapy is, how it can be one of the best tools to help with self-empowerment.

We will also talk about the most common myths around hypnosis and debunk them.

First of all, it’s important to note that there is nothing really mystic about hypnosis and that hypnosis used in a therapeutic way and environment and carried out by a fully trained, accredited, and registered hypnotherapist is definitely an amazing tool for personal growth and overcomes some imposed self-limitations and other issues.

We will also briefly talk about what mind coaching is and how it is very much complementary to hypnotherapy.

We will end the talk with a short hypnosis/guided meditation session to help you relax.
