In 2013 Gill completed her Yoga Teacher Training in beautiful McLeod Ganj, India, which is home to the Dalai Lama. Since then her love for teaching has grown and deepened. Through yoga, Gill experienced a connection and understanding of her body she didn't know was possible before yoga; how it moves, functions and what it needs. She wants to help others experience that deep connection through her dynamic vinyasa flows, and through her slower, Hatha and restorative classes.
