A Gentle Yoga class with Yoga Nidra that will allow you to pause, destress and release tension from your body. The emphasis will be on listening to your own body so that you can develop your awareness and learn how to release tension.
This class will include gentle physical practices (asana), a focus on the breath and the wonderfully healing meditation practice of Yoga Nidra.
The class is suitable for beginners and for more experienced practitioners who want to develop their awareness. It will allow you to relax and release the stresses and strains of the day.
