Mia teaches Awareness yoga, drawing from the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, {the world-renowned Kundalini teacher} and mindfulness techniques.

Her teaching methods help to awaken you to your full potential and to develop skills and a mindset too and find inner peace in your daily life. Her training includes Kundalini yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga for Addiction and Meditation.

Mia is particularly interested in supporting people in having the best quality of life, harmony of the mind, body and soul, freedom of movement and joy in their hearts.
