The Humaniversity AUM Meditation is a guided journey through your emotional life. It uses a range of techniques from catharsis to awareness in a group setting. It will help you transform stress and painful emotions into creativity and well-being. The goal is to make friends with yourself and others. The AUM is an active social meditation that combines movement, role playing and vocal expression. In 13 different stages, you enter into intense contact with yourself and others: You express your anger and show your love, get in touch with your power, shake off what blocks you, live your chaos, dance your dance, meet your sadness and laugh, discover your sensuality, are still and learn respect. Learn about your emotions, release your stress and reclaim the joy of being alive!
